Do you allow pick ups?
Wooden sculptures must be picked up. Due to their fragility and weight, they cannot be delivered via Courier and must be picked up from a designated collection point within the Warkworth region. Please email me to arrange collection. All other Artworks are delivered via Tracked Courier.
Can you deliver to a PO Box?
Can you deliver to an overseas address?
No. Unfortunately, we only offer delivery within New Zealand at this stage, however, if you are an International visitor and are interested in purchasing a Product, please email me: aemwithers@gmail.com and I will see what I can arrange.
How much is Delivery?
Delivery is FREE throughout New Zealand. All deliveries are delivered via tracked courier and will take up to three weeks nationwide, with the exception of rural deliveries which can take an extra 5 days. Please don’t hesitate to email me on aemwithers@gmail.com if your package has not arrived past the estimated time-frame.
Do I get any extra prints just in case of a stuff up?
Do you offer any special discounts or promotions with Orders?
Yes, currently I offer: a free, high-resolution, A3 downloadable print with every framed print or canvas. An order of two, framed prints or canvas will entitle you to a high-resolution, A2 downloadable print. A purchase of 3 or more, framed prints or canvases, you will receive a two, free, A2 sized high-resolution, downloadable prints of your choice.
Can I order outside of New Zealand?
No. I do not Deliver to countries outside of New Zealand due to the excessive Shipping costs this would entail. If you are a resident overseas, feel free to email me if you are still interested in purchasing a Product and are willing to pay the Shipping charges required.
Do you keep a record of my previous orders?
Yes. Your previous orders are kept with us for ease of reorders. You can view a record of your purchase history on your Dashboard.
How do I purchase products from the website?
Choose a framed print, canvas or digital download pick your options and wait for delivery, (up to three weeks but often within two weeks). Due to their fragility and weight, wooden sculptures cannot be delivered via Courier and must be picked up from a designated collection point within the Warkworth region.
